|
- All visitors of the admitted patient must follow the visiting hours strictly and leave the ICU, CCU, Ward, Cabin after visiting hours:
- Only 2 (two) visitors are allowed to visit a patient admitted at cabin & ward during the visiting hour. visitor's card can be collected from information desk by depositing Tk.
100/- per card, which is refundable on return of the card at the Information Desk.
- Only 1 (one) visitors is allowed to visit a patient admitted at CCU & ICU. Visitor's card can be collected from informaion desk by depositing Tk. 100/- per card, which is refundable on return of the card at the Information Desk.
- One attendant will be allowed with the patient of Standard Suit, VIP suite, deluxe single, Standard single and double bedded cabin with prior permission of the concerned Consultant.
- No attendent will be allowed with at pre Cath , Post Cath, Male or Female Ward, CCU & ICU.
- Our goal is to complete all the procedures to discharge patients as smoothly as possible. However, please allow 3-4 hours from the time the doctor gives the instructions till the time discharge summury and bills are finalized. Please be informed that it takes considerable time to teceive billing information from all departmints. We appreciate your patience and kind cooperation.

- Any outside food/goods/flowers are not allowed for patient or attendant. However you can keep your luggage (without any money or valuables) at the hospital's cloakroom free of cost.
- Whenever a patient is moving from his/her cabin for medical procedure i.e. Angiogram, Angioplasty, and CABG etc, the belonging of the patient has to be kept at hospital cloakroom, but not the valuable items like Gold, Watch and Mobbile phone etc.
