United Hospital Introduces Workers Profit Participation Fund
The Board of Directors of United Hospital in its meeting on 6 May 2015 chaired by its Chairman, Mr Hasan Mahmood Raja, decided to set up the Workers Profit Participation Fund. A four member committee was formed to manage the fund in accordance to the regulatory requirement.
Mr Faridur Rahman Khan, Managing Director of United Hospital formally announced the news to the hospital staff on 21 September 2015 during a brief ceremony where cheques were distributed to some of the staff. The function was attended by doctors, nurses and all caregivers and general staff. Total of 1,368 hospital staff were recipients of this fund.
This is indeed a welcome news for our hospital staff who will be further motivated to dedicate themselves for the betterment of the hospital thus increasing the quality of services.
