by registered nurses and licensed practical nurses. Your care is planned and supervised
by registered nurses,who assume responsibility for facilitating your medical care from
admission through discharge.

The Dietary service's chief objective is to serve you tasty,nourishing meals within the
diet prescribed by your doctor and dietician team. Members of United Hospital's dietary
staff work under the supervision of dietary incharge and a dietician. Dietician provides
diet counselling to the patients.

Respiratory,Physical,speech and Occupational therapists may be part of your healthcare team
while you are in the hospital.Our professional therapists offer a wide range of therapies
as part of your treatment and recovery program.

Medications are often an integral part of your therapy during hospitalization.Your medications
must be administered safely and accurately.You can play an active role in this process by
participating as a member of your healthcare team.When medicines are brought to you please :

don't recognize a medication, or if a nurse is administering the same medication you
