She passed MBBS in 2003 from Dhaka Medical College under the University of Dhaka. She did her FCPS in Paediatrics from Bangladesh College of Physician and Surgeons (BCPS) in 2013. She completed her MRCP from Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh in 2019. She also had training in different discipline of Paediatrics and Neonatology in Dhaka Medical College & BSMMU.  She worked in Marks Medical College & Hospital as an Assistant Professor from 2013 to 2014. Thereafter she worked in Square Hospital as a Paediatrics Specialist in 2014 to 2017. Before Joining at United Hospital, she worked in Marks Medical College Hospital as an Associate Professor in the department of Paediatrics from 2018 to 2019.
