He passed MBBS in 1996 from Dhaka Medical College under University of Dhaka. He did his MS in Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery (CV & TS) from National institute of Cardiovascular Disease in 2006. He worked in National institute of Cardiovascular Disease, Dhaka as a Medical Officer from 2006 to 2007. Thereafter he joined United Hospital in 2007 and at present serving as Associate Consultant in the department of Cardiac Surgery.
